CareerfIT offers both free and premium subscription plans:

Pricing Packages:

– Premium (Paid Subscription) – Includes AI-powered tools and personalized career coaching.

Billing and Subscription Terms:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the start of each billing period.
  • CareerfIT reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice via email or the Website.
  • Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to certain features.
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made through the Billing Page before the next billing cycle.

Premium Services & Coaching

  • When purchasing premium services, you grant us access to personal details and documents necessary to provide the service.
  • Services are provided digitally (e.g., Zoom or email consultations).
  • CareerfIT reserves the right to cancel services due to inappropriate behavior without issuing a refund.

Community Guidelines (Discord & CareerfIT Platform)

To foster a supportive and respectful community:

  • Do not share private information without permission.
    Maintain professional conduct (no harassment, discrimination, or offensive language).
    Report violations to welcome@careerfit.io.
    Violating community guidelines may result in removal from the platform without a refund.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason, with or without notice. If terminated, you will lose access to all content, and no refunds will be issued.

You may delete your account at any time through the Account Page.

Privacy Policy

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including GDPR for EU residents.

Limitations of Liability

CareerfIT provides Services “AS IS” without guarantees of performance, security, or data reliability. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of use, data, or profits.
  • Personal injury or damages resulting from Service use.
  • Security breaches or service interruptions.
  • Third-party services or advertisements on our platform.

    Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months.

Prohibited Activities

  • Disrupt platform security or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Misuse support services or create false reports.

    Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will first attempt to be resolved informally for 30 days. If unresolved:

– US Residents: Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
– EU Residents: Disputes will be governed by EU law and handled under GDPR guidelines.

Exceptions:

– Small claims court cases.
– Intellectual property rights disputes.
– Injunctive relief requests.
